Picture Words

Below you will find links to a set of Picture Word PowerPoint activities that help reinforce sight words for beginning readers. Each activity is self-checking. The students will see 3 words and one picture on each slide. When they click on a word, they can hear it pronounced for them. When they select the correct word for the picture, the presentation goes forward. The words are repeated more than once throughout the presentation to help them learn them.

There is a Picture Word Master PDF that has all of the words as cards for group or individual practice. There is also a Picture Word Classroom Chart that the students can complete as they finish each activity.
